HOLIDAY COTTAGE

ideal for families - pet friendly - short breaks - full week.

The cottage sleeps up to eight people. It is set in it's own enclosed cobbled yard with parking for up to 3 vehicles.

All pets are very welcome – but we like them to be well behaved as we are a livestock farm. Horses can also be accommodated on the farm, please enquire for further details.

The cottage is fully furnished with central heating throughout, and a multi fuel stove in the living room. Other facilities include: TV, Freeview, DVD player, video recorder, radio/CD player, electric cooker, microwave, toaster, deep fat fryer, refrigerator,  table top freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, Iron and Ironing board, cooking and eating utensils, and a separate games room (pool table and football table, with TV, Freeview), shower room, bathroom, picnic bench.

The cost of the cottage is £350 plus electricity per week.  A deposit of £50.00 would be required on confirmation of a booking with the balance being due six weeks prior to arrival. Short breaks are charged at £50 per night.

Linen can be provided for a small extra charge. Coal and logs can also be provided at an extra charge, please refer to 2012 Price List

Cot and High Chair available on request free of charge. A welcome pack is provided on arrival (milk, tea coffee and sugar). The nearest general store for provisions & pubs/restaurants is only 5 minutes away at the village of Askham.

The cottage consists of: Three main bedrooms. Bedroom one has a double bed and a single bed and a TV and Free view. Bedrooms two and three have double beds. There is also additional sleeping facilities in the games room where there is a bed settee. The kitchen table extends to accommodate eight persons.
